At GlobiGames Ltd ("GGL"), we respect your right to privacy and we understand that a visitor to any website operated by GGL needs to control the use of their personal information. Our Privacy Policy details the measures taken by GGL to protect your privacy in connection with your use of www.globigames.com, www.globigames.co.uk, www.javagames365.com, www.smartphonegames365.com, www.flashlitegames365.com, www.iphonegames365.com, silverlightgames365.com and other websites owned by GGL and collectively referred to as the "Sites".
GGL appreciates that feedback received from visitors to the Sites is very sensitive to the privacy concerns of those visitors. In fulfilment of this, GGL has developed this Privacy Policy, and you should read it carefully before submitting personal information. Your use of the Sites is your consent to this Privacy Policy.
GGL does not automatically collect personal information from visitors to the Sites. We do not use cookies, or digital information that some website providers can invisibly transmit to their visitor`s hard drives so that they can control future interactions with those visitors. If we begin to use this type of technology in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy.
GGL uses information collected through user requests, game enquiries, registrations, promotions and contests to learn about our audience and to obtain valuable feedback about our products and services. Your user information helps us tailor the content, services, goods and advertising to your current and future needs. For this reason, we may ask you to register or to provide personal information when you enquire about games, post high scores, write reviews, download free software, enter a contest, order products, subscribe to a newsletter and/or visit certain areas of the Sites. If you choose not to register you may not have access to areas that require personal identification. We use email addresses to only notify people of upcoming games and other promotions. We do not share this information with any third parties.
GGL does not intend to collect any personal information from children under 13 unless GGL believes such collection to be permitted by law. GGL does not permit children under the age of 13 to register for promotions that require submission of personally identifiable information. While we encourage young people to learn about new games promoted on the Sites, it is the policy of GGL that visitors under 13 years of age should not submit any personal information to the Sites. We believe that parents and/or guardians should supervise their children's online activities. We encourage concerned parents to utilise readily available software tools to ensure that their children are only exposed to `child friendly` sites and that their children are prevented from disclosing their name, address and other personally identifying information online.
GGL makes use of approved third parties to implement a financial sales transaction (the "Sales Agent") on the Sites. These may include organisations such as Paypal, Sharewire, Handango and the like. Transaction information will include specific personal data such as address and credit card information. Information that you provide to the Sales Agent as part of a secure transaction process is only available to the Sales Agent and not privy to GGL. It is subject to the privacy policy of the Sales Agent executing the transaction and you should read and understand their privacy policy or purchasing terms and conditions before submitting personal data. Sales reports provided to GGL by the Sales Agent are not shared with any other third party.
